In-House Training

Many companies prefer to have courses taught at their own locations, exclusively for their own employees. In this manner, the course can be custom-tailored to complement policies and procedures that are already in effect, thus eliminating the need for costly and sometimes inefficient follow-up training.

The Division of Academic Outreach & Continuing Education at Mississippi State University will adjust the course content to take into account training that the client has already done and documented. Charges for on-site training are based on how much it costs to present the course and not on how many people attend.

Companies with large numbers of trainees may benefit by using their own location. Additional savings accrue by avoiding costly travel and lodging expenses.
