General Information

We are dedicated to assisting in the planning, coordinating, and management of conferences, workshops, seminars, and short courses.  Our conference service professionals will provide you with expert assistance to assure a smooth flow of events whether you choose to use campus facilities or an off campus venue.  By partnering with our staff, departmental resources are not burdened with additional duties and expenses and the conference chair can focus on content rather than logistical details. 

Over the years, the Division of Academic Outreach & Continuing Education has assisted university departments and organizations, state agencies, and national and international groups in conference coordination.  We provide a full range of basic services, which include organizing, marketing and publicity, registration, on-site coordination, and financial services as well as specialized services.  We can provide a variety of selected services or coordinate the entire conference.
